Woof Wellness was the most amazing class ever! The girls running the class were incredibly welcoming and created the most relaxed environment for Pilates beginners and puppies. The puppies added such a fun element to the class, and we’re hoping to help get one a home after meeting her today! I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to a normal yoga class after this experience, puppy yoga only! 1000/10 would recommend. Thank you so much to Sophie and her team for an amazing class with an amazing cause!
