Expect some gentle movement led by somatic movement + fitness expert, Nina Marchione, with ways to lower our stress response, and calm the nervous system. Following the group movement holistic health coach & fertility educator in training, Dana Ariele Chwatt will lead a discussion on understanding cortisol, and how to *actually* lower yours in NYC and beyond.
